How I Work

Flexible engagement forms for strategic data advisory.

I offer several ways to engage as your strategic advisor, depending on your current phase and needs.

1. Strategy Sprints

2-4 days of focused analysis. We document assumptions, validate the business case, and create a concrete roadmap. Ideal for new initiatives or major pivots.

2. Sparring Partner

Monthly sessions for ongoing decisions. I act as an external sounding board for your CEO, CFO or COO. We discuss architecture choices, team structure, and vendor evaluations.

3. Project Pre-flight

Validate plans before you commit big budgets. I review your internal or external implementation plans to spot risks, hidden costs, or technical debt before a single line of code is written.

4. Post-mortem & Learn

Analyze why projects failed. If you’ve had a data initiative stall or fail, I help you perform a “blameless” audit to prevent history from repeating itself in the next phase.


The Socratic Approach

My method is based on honesty and provocation. I don’t produce 100-page slide decks that gather digital dust. I deliver clarity and decision support.
