1. We always start with a leadership alignment session on the way forward.
2. Based on the outcome of this session we choose between a couple of fixed price building blocks in different tracks: the dashboarding track, the data governance track or the business intelligence processes track.
3. For further implementation we switch to project mode: based on a project charter and roadmap we draft a best effort time and material estimate.
After the project mode I can stay on board during monthly sparring sessions for the senior stakeholders. The price per session goes down when more sessions are planned at once.
