• Contact information (name, email, company) when you book a call or fill in a form
• Newsletter subscription when you sign up for the Xudo newsletter
• Analytics via Matomo (privacy-friendly, self-hosted, no cookies by default)

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries
• To send you newsletters you’ve subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To understand how the website is used (aggregate, anonymous analytics)

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising platforms.

Cookies

This website uses no marketing cookies. Matomo analytics is configured without cookies where possible.

Booking (Cal.com)

This website uses a self-hosted Cal.com instance at cal.xudo.be to book calls. When you click “Get in touch”, a booking popup opens. Your booking data (name, email, chosen timeslot) is stored on our own server and not shared with third parties. No booking scripts load until you interact with a booking button.
